Pergola builders on the Northern Beaches
A pergola decides whether the deck gets used at two in the afternoon in January. Designed with the house, it reads as part of the architecture. Added as an afterthought, it reads as a kit.

Included in this service
Attached pergolas
Fixed to the house with the structure and flashing done properly, so the roof and the wall stay watertight.
Freestanding pergolas
Over a pool terrace or at the end of the garden, as at Castlecrag.
Open or roofed
Open battens for filtered shade, or a roof for rain. At Forsyth Street the rear deck sits under a polycarbonate roof.
Lighting and fans
Power run in while the frame is open, not chased in later.
Approvals
Smaller pergolas can often be built as exempt development. Larger or roofed ones may need a CDC or DA. We check before design.

The difference one team makes.
The same carpenters set out and finish the pergola, and it is designed with the house, so it looks like it was always meant to be there.
You get a complete itemised price before the job starts, a flexible pricing structure, one site supervisor who is on your job, a published programme with weekly reporting, and a defects walk with a twelve month check after you move in.

Castlecrag: Family home renovation and deck
Renovation, extension and entertaining deck
The Bernards needed a facelift for their family home. Water issues and functionality were among our main focuses for this project. New bathrooms, a kitchen, a back extension, and a huge new entertaining deck with a BBQ and pool area gave this property an incredible new look, with custom details everywhere to completely tailor the home to the Bernards' lifestyle.
