The difference one team makes.
Most of the cost blowouts in residential construction come from the gap between the drawings and the build. We close it by doing both, so the price you sign is built from drawings our own supervisor has already walked through.
You get a complete itemised price before the job starts, a flexible pricing structure, one site supervisor who is on your job, a published programme with weekly reporting, and a defects walk with a twelve month check after you move in.

Castlecrag: Family home renovation and deck
Renovation, extension and entertaining deck
The Bernards needed a facelift for their family home. Water issues and functionality were among our main focuses for this project. New bathrooms, a kitchen, a back extension, and a huge new entertaining deck with a BBQ and pool area gave this property an incredible new look, with custom details everywhere to completely tailor the home to the Bernards' lifestyle.

“I have had the best experience renovating and adding to a property with a team of very professional, skilful, communicative and courteous tradies led by Jared, the builder, who has been a pleasure to work with and who is a great people person and manager. … This organisation provides all the detailed steps needed from beginning, throughout the project and including completion. As the owner I have felt welcomed and involved and a part of the team all through the project. As some decisions needed to be made along the way, we discussed options and the outcomes have very much proven to be successful and the correct decisions. … Communication and openness have been fostered by the leadership team of Jared and Angus (foreman), and appreciated by everyone involved including me. I very highly recommend this leadership and team — they will not disappoint.”
Questions we get asked
What kind of residential construction do you take on?
New homes and knockdown rebuilds, whole-home renovations, rear and side extensions, top storey additions, granny flats, studios, tiny homes, architectural cabins, bathroom and kitchen renovations, small works and landscape construction. We also retrofit residential elevators into existing houses.
Do you handle the design and approvals as well?
Yes. Design, documentation, DA or CDC approval and construction sit with one team, so the detail that was drawn is the detail that gets built.
How is the price worked out?
You get a complete itemised price before the job starts, so you can see what each part of the work costs. The pricing structure is flexible and set up to suit you.
Who runs the job on site?
One site supervisor who is on your job, with a published programme and a weekly meeting. The person who answers your call was on site that morning.
